By using Real Karate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The operator is identified in the Impressum.
2. The service
Real Karate is a community directory and event calendar for full-contact, practical and budō karate, plus welcomed adjacent martial arts. Browsing is free and open to everyone; adding or editing listings requires a free account.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least [16] years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
- Only submit accurate listings you are entitled to publish.
- No illegal, infringing, hateful, misleading or spam content; no malicious or deceptive links.
- Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to circumvent moderation or security.
5. Your content & licence
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Real Karate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt (including automated translation) and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You confirm you have the rights to grant this licence.
6. Moderation & removal
Submissions are screened automatically and may be held for review, rejected, or removed. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms. Anyone can report a listing via the “Report” function; we operate a notice-and-action process in line with the EU Digital Services Act and aim to act on valid notices promptly.
7. Third-party links & data
Listings contain links to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties as to accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited [as advised by your lawyer]; nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
